Description
As part of a £3 million investment, the team at UP&W were commissioned by Virgin Active to design and install two new bespoke thermal rooms at the Wimbledon health club.
The luxury steam room was tiled in large format tiles to create a sleek and high-end feel, enhanced by the LED lighting.
The Sauna was built using the finest timber on all walls, ceilings and benches. The colour changing LED allows the mood and feel of the sauna to be changed at the click of a button.
Thermal rooms are key for post workout recovery and great places to relax and de-stress. The heat provided in both saunas and steam rooms have health benefits, aiding blood circulation and helping to relieve muscle tension.
